Acording to the news website Now Public Alexander Ofner, 39 years, was arrested for touching his exposed genitals in the back row of a movie theater while Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows was being projected.
It seems that the operation took long enough for the theater employees to call 911, the police arrive the projection booth and arrest the offender while the alleged offense was still in course.
